I always remember the anecdotes about the startups where the "fully automated website" was just saving data to a Google Sheet and the founders were manually managing the tasks.
When they got actual paying customers, they could slowly start automating the process part by part.
I know the urge to create WEBSCALE stuff from the get go, but sometimes you just gotta ship first and get some users.
